Human Maple

Environmental startup

A young and eco-sustainable startup whose aim is to help the environment by recycling cigarette butts and giving them a new life.

Human Maple offers the following services: collection and recycling of cigarette butts for both public and private organizations; environmental education at schools and summer camps.

Team

The team is composed of ten members coming from all over Italy and united by one common purpose: the need to personally contribute to making the world a better place, starting from small daily gestures.

My role

Since Human Maple is a growing company, I had multiple jobs:

1. Process design

3. Communication

1. Process design

I facilitated workshops with the team to map and monitor the startup so that we could determine the process to be followed based on the goals.

2. Work management

I helped the team to set up a smart working methodology based on the Agile and Kanban approach, using task management tools like Trello.

3. Communication

I was responsible for the communication: I managed the social media, created the brand image and printed communication materials.
